Will a CRM help my Dumpster Business make money through Efficiency?
I hear people asking all the time... Should I get a CRM? Whats the right number of cans to have before I get one? Is it worth it when I only have 3 dumpsters? Which program to use? Today we answer those questions. A CRM can be a highly valuable tool, but it could also be a big waste of money if you're not able to use it to it's potential. Lets dive into some nuance around those questions. If you'd like to schedule a demo with Docket FOR FREE... Commercial Auto Insurance
Hello fellow runners! I’m looking for commercial auto options for a Hooklift Truck. I Currently have Geico, but the rates are outrageous. I’m just getting started with 6 cans (15,20 yards). Have also been debating between 1 million coverage or less. I’m at 300k currently. Any insight is appreciated. I’m in Jacksonville, Florida. Thanks Geordane

Welcome to THE DUMPSTER RUNNERS NETWORK! Please introduce yourselves and tell us your company name and where you're from. We are going to be taking a deep dive into the world of dumpster. Talking about equipment, marketing, networking, community building, and so much more. We welcome everyone from rookie to master. From aspiring entrepreneur to seasoned veteran of their trade. I hope all of you can take a moment and introduce yourselves. Once that is out of the way we can dive into the wins or pain points each of us is going through. You never know who might be right down the road from you. They can become a GREAT back up resource if your equipment goes down or you're overloaded with work, and if not - maybe you just make a new friend to chat with who shares a similar interest! Make SURE you check out the MAP tab at the top. It will show you roughly where each member is located. It says that it it shows each person as 10 miles off roughly, but I have noticed some people much farther off then I believe they should be. We'll have to check that out and see how it performs over time. FANTASTIC feature for seeing who is close to you though. UTILIZE IT!

Pricing Help
Hello to my fellow dumpster runners. I need some advice. I am fairly new in this industry and I have a contractor that reached out asking for two 20 yard dumpsters on a job site for roughly two months and each dumpster will likely need swapped out every other day. I need help quoting this for both monthly rate and swap/dump fees. I would be hauling roughly 15 miles one way to dump each container. I also don't have much inventory so this will tie up two dumpsters during this time that could have multiple rentals each month. I am considering purchasing more dumpsters so I can accommodate but really need some expert advice from some of you veterans. Thanks in advance.
Swap outs!
Question for the group! Customer books a 7-day rental. Fills it up early and needs another. How are you handling these?
