Sharing enchantment

Awww tonight I went to a galentines party and we were meant to write down something that helped us or we needed to hear etc. on the back of an art post card. They would all be collected and then you’d get to take someone else’s. At first I wasn’t sure what to write and then I felt inspired by all our calls. Usually I’d rehearse or type it first and try to be perfect, but instead I let it flow.

I wrote about how magical and enchanting life is when we are present, about tending to our inner child and listening to one’s nervous system.

The women who received it is someone I don’t know too well yet but I feel is a kindred spirit. She got quite emotional reading the message I wrote, and teared up. It seemed like something she needed to hear.

It was incredibly sweet to be able to pass along the enchantment we create here to other women ❤️
