Today was the first day I did the rising meditation. I have to say both the rising and evening meditations are as dreamy as you ladies said, and as someone who is sensitive to sounds the high quality of the recordings are just perfection. I don't know what she knows. I felt a lot of vibes with her/me that are harder to articulate but I know she does feel safe, and at ease. 🤍 And that I am safe because I am her.

Being a dream girl means being in alignment with my highest self. Listening to myself, connecting with my knowledge and intuition, and building a sanctuary for my nervous system to be at ease. Being a dream girl is showing up for yourself more than anyone else and connecting with your truest childlike wonder, awe and connection with the earth. Transforming those glimpse of her into a daily embodiment of being present and through that presence allowing magic and enchantment to flow. My desire is to not be fighting and in tension with systems in the world around me, (fighting for overdue recognition at work, fighting the healthcare system). This reduced down to wanting to be less vigilant essentially, that would allow me to show up with trust and safety and lean into softness. I haven't decided on the exact details but my date with myself will be an activity that is planned from start to end, where I don't have to do anything or think about anything. I'll just need to show up.
