DAY 9
💖 What did your little self desire to create? How can you weave that into your creations now? 💖
1 like • 17h
Day 9 💖 My little self desired to create worlds. I loved imagination, roleplay, storytelling, coloring, dancing, and pretending I was building something important. Even turning a desk into my “business” felt magical. I wanted play, creativity, and connection. Now, I can weave that in by approaching my life and work with more imagination and less rigidity. Letting things feel playful. Building something meaningful that still feels creative and alive. Creating spaces — in conversations, in work, in community — where people feel seen and included. She loved to create magic. This work is really helping me feel so much more integrated, magical, regulated and alive 🙌 ✨💖
DAY 10
What can you do to activate your pleasure first and then create from that resonance? 💖

Day 10 💖 With so much career and financial uncertainty right now, activating pleasure first is everything for me. Instead of letting it consume me, I’m choosing to approach it with curiosity and play. Before applications or meetings, I regulate. I move my body. I get outside. I change environments. I make it light. When I feel myself getting dysregulated, I redirect — back to vision, back to possibility. I’m focusing on what my Dream Girl’s dream job actually feels like. The energy of it. The lifestyle of it. The confidence of it. I’m embodying that now instead of chasing from fear. I am worthy of aligned work. It’s on its way. I get to enjoy myself while it arrives ✨❤️
DAY 2
✨ What does authenticity feel like in my body? What are 3 things that help me feel this way? ✨

@Shae Swenson I've been curious thanks for asking first 😂 😘

Authenticity in my body feels like ease, softness, and being at home in myself — present and grounded. It’s allowing my body to be in the season it’s in and meeting it with care and kindness. 3 things that help me feel this way: 1. Slow movement and time in nature 2. Nourishing myself with love 💗 3. Playfulness and curiosity — laughing, learning, and letting myself be fully me So grateful I circled back to this one. Exactly what I needed 🤍✨
Dream Girl Dates ✨
Took myself on a dreamy walk in nature, hugged my favorite tree (openly, joyfully, zero shame 🌴🪄), then followed the magic to the Whole Foods bar to watch the Super Bowl. Met a kind, fascinating human, nerded out over science and patents (entangled particles had me 🤯), shared laughs, and yes—Dream Girl was gifted a pizza 🍕😂 My intention was to meet authentic, kind people and have curious, playful conversations—and spirit absolutely delivered. Feeling enchanted, grounded, and very much in my Dream Girl energy 💫 Love you all 🤍
DG ACTIVATION DAY 1
Hii dream girls! Please answer all the daily journal prompts in the comment section of the posted questions. Today's questions: 1. What does being a Dream Girl mean to you? 2. What is the desire you named on our call, what is the desire under that desire and give us a couple details on the Dream Girl date you are committing to this week

I took some extra time with these prompts so I could let them land and share from a regulated, intentional place rather than rushing the process. 1. What does being a Dream Girl mean to you? Being a Dream Girl means living from my essence instead of survival. It’s choosing self-trust, softness, and play while also taking responsibility for my energy. It’s honoring my sensitivity as a strength, regulating my nervous system, and speaking to myself with compassion rather than criticism. My Dream Girl moves through life with presence, curiosity, and self-respect — she doesn’t abandon herself to please or perform. 2. What is the desire you named on our call, the desire under that desire, and the Dream Girl date you’re committing to this week? The desire I named is clarity and ease in my life. Beneath that is a deeper desire for safety in my body and trust in myself — knowing I can meet my life with steadiness, pleasure, and self-love instead of pressure or fear. My Dream Girl date this week is a solo, intentional self-date focused on grounding and pleasure: a slow walk in nature, followed by quiet time to journal or sit with music and tea — no phone, no productivity, just presence and choosing myself.
