So happy to be here with everyone! I had high hopes of joining the first calls, but an aura migraine, and the unrealistic idea that I could join between the airport and few hours I had to get ready for a music festival kept me.

🌊 Where are you?

I’m joining y’all from the central coast of California. I grew up here, and moved back in 2020 but I’ve lived many places and working remote I travel a lot (often visiting friends), most frequently Denver, San Francisco and San Diego.

🔥 What you are passionate about?

I am passionate about filling my life with love and connection.

I will do anything to spend time with friend even the ones I have all over the world and being there for them. (I love to yap)

I love dancing to techno or house music at a dark club or vibrant festival. I’m in my highest presence and flow state on the dancefloor. )’(

I’m passionate about clean skin care and sustainability. And I love rock climbing to stay active.

💋 And what is your inner Dream Girl CRAVING right now?

She is craving community, learning, integration, routine, balance and most importantly reconnection with my nervous system and a stronger vagus nerve.

I recently learned I am in flight or fight often and am quite disconnected from the state of my body. :(
