My 12-Week Goal
I have achieved a weight of 77kg while feeling stronger and more energetic. My workouts are consistent, and I have built a sustainable routine that I enjoy. My clothes fit better, and I feel confident in how I look and move. I have increased my stamina, allowing me to perform better in daily activities and enjoy life more fully. My health, mind, and body are thriving, and I am proud of the progress I’ve made.
