Hi there All you need to do is 1. Drink 250 mL water at night with 1 tsp (5mL) of the mineral chloride. If I’ve discussed with you a different dose please adjust. You can start now. Sip it over 10 or so minutes. Just don’t chug it down at once. 2. Write down EVERY SINGLE NIGGLY HEALTH CONCERN you have. Scan from the top of your head to your toes. Note all little things that you’ve become so accustomed to. For eg You’ll note the big things like bloating, fatigue, dry stools, loose stools. Headaches, brain fog, how often you urinate at night. How often you urinate during the day. Your mental state. Then note the little things. The dry patch on your face, the itchy elbow, the dry throat or croaky voice, the post nasal drip, the gynae things you don’t tell anyone, the tension in your face/shoulders/neck. The tendon pain your Osteopath can’t quite fix 😂😜. Every thing. It may be a long list. 3. Write your intentions from this program. Don’t be too hard on self just have an intention. A WHY. Because the days when you want that sugar, that coffee, that cake you’ll remind yourself WHY you’re doing this. We start slow and simple. The goal is to increase mineralized fluid over the next 6 weeks so that plain water isn’t wanted. The liters of plain water is causing you damage (you’ve seen this from your hydration stage) At this stage drink when thirsty and over time we will add broths and the mineral fluid and herbal teas etc.
