🌿 HOARP RESET — WEEK 2 BEGINS 🌿 We head in to Week 2 either this weekend or Monday. We begin introducing the pH Sachets as part of the “terrain preparation” phase before we introduce the bacteria later. Most likely the weekend of 16/17 May. Keep up with your dose of mineral chloride. Think of this week as:🌊 supporting the river⚡ restoring mineral signaling🩸 improving fluid dynamics🚽 supporting bowel motility☀️ aligning circadian rhythm😮‍💨 calming the nervous system Our starting dose is:➡️ 1 pH sachet in 700 mL waterSipped gradually across the day. Remember:More is NOT always better. Some people may feel amazing quickly.Others may notice bloating, thirst changes, fatigue shifts or bowel changes as the terrain begins adapting. That is feedback.Not failure. This process is about supporting physiology gently and consistently. Over the next few weeks we’ll also begin thinking differently about food:Not just calories…Not just macros… But mineral density.Hydration.Circulation.Moisture.Terrain. This is where HOARP becomes more than a “gut protocol.” We are supporting the environment the body and microbiome live within. Ready the terrain. Week 1 starts 4 May
This image will explain what week one of the program is all about. Using Progurts mineral chloride formula we start with priming the digestive system. Opening the gates as it were. All you have to do is to take 5mL of the mineral formula each night in 250mL water before bed. Sip slowly and for better taste you can have it in sparkling mineral water with a squeeze of lemon juice. If you REALLY hate the taste add some maple syrup or something a little sweet. You will get accustomed to the taste. Each week I will add information to the CLASSROOM section for you to read so as to understand the WHY.

Health checks done. This is what you need to do for this coming week
Hi there All you need to do is 1. Drink 250 mL water at night with 1 tsp (5mL) of the mineral chloride. If I’ve discussed with you a different dose please adjust. You can start now. Sip it over 10 or so minutes. Just don’t chug it down at once. 2. Write down EVERY SINGLE NIGGLY HEALTH CONCERN you have. Scan from the top of your head to your toes. Note all little things that you’ve become so accustomed to. For eg You’ll note the big things like bloating, fatigue, dry stools, loose stools. Headaches, brain fog, how often you urinate at night. How often you urinate during the day. Your mental state. Then note the little things. The dry patch on your face, the itchy elbow, the dry throat or croaky voice, the post nasal drip, the gynae things you don’t tell anyone, the tension in your face/shoulders/neck. The tendon pain your Osteopath can’t quite fix 😂😜. Every thing. It may be a long list. 3. Write your intentions from this program. Don’t be too hard on self just have an intention. A WHY. Because the days when you want that sugar, that coffee, that cake you’ll remind yourself WHY you’re doing this. We start slow and simple. The goal is to increase mineralized fluid over the next 6 weeks so that plain water isn’t wanted. The liters of plain water is causing you damage (you’ve seen this from your hydration stage) At this stage drink when thirsty and over time we will add broths and the mineral fluid and herbal teas etc.
