Today's quote from the book:
“Knowing what to do is not enough. Doing it, over time and with purpose, is what changes everything.”
Doing What You Know, Chapter 9, p. 189
A lot of people stop at understanding. They know the right moves. They’ve learned the principles. They can even explain the process to someone else.
But nothing changes.
Because knowledge, by itself, doesn’t create results. It only creates potential. The difference is execution, repeated over time, even when it’s inconvenient.
That’s where real progress is built.
Consistency, not just awareness, is what moves your life forward.
