Today's quote from the book:
“Clarity doesn’t come before action, it comes through action.”
Doing What You Know, Chapter 9, p. 178
A lot of people are waiting to feel clear before they move. They want certainty, confidence, and a full understanding of what to do next.
That’s not how it works.
Clarity is a result, not a prerequisite. It shows up after you take the step, not before. The longer you wait to feel ready, the longer you stay stuck in place.
Movement changes that.
When you act, even in a small way, things begin to sharpen. You start to see what works, what doesn’t, and what needs to change. That’s where direction comes from.
If you’re waiting for clarity, you’re waiting in the wrong place.
Take the step.
