Here's a three-step leadership tool you can use almost anywhere:
PAUSE → NOTICE → CHOOSE
💜 Pause: Don't immediately react.
👀 Notice: What's actually happening? What might you be assuming?
🎯 Choose: What response will move this situation forward?
It can take less than 30 seconds.
But that tiny pause can completely change the conversation that follows.
