Boundaries is an act of self love. We entrain our energy field to the people we are surrounded by. If you do not have strong boundaries. You emesh with them. You overlay your energy signature with the other person. Your identity becomes blurred self vs other. When that relationship has turbulance or is severed in some way it causes a collapse. This is identity crisis. An energetic rupture. It took me 10 years to detach from a 40 year old emeshed friendship where i had multiple ruptures. This pattern repeated every 10 years. This is the manifestation of repressed emotions and speaking ones truth. The energy center that gets blocked is the throat chakra. My father died when he was 56 after a turbulant divorce, i was 27. I developed this Auto Immune Disorder. The medical system gave relief - Not truth! I lost my inner voice, i developed patterns of being compliant to others as a survival mechanism. I had a goiter that was visible for 20+ years. In the past 5 years i healed these pattern and all manifestation of disease dissolved.

Requires clearing it all. Consciousness likes consistancy, endurance and at times requires a sacred pause. Be soft in your daily walk in life. If you hold on too tight you miss the revelation walking right next to you. The mirror shows you past behaviors (current and other lifetimes). Energy never dies until it is seen. Its funny we can see something in another and not in ourself. When you see the return energy, journal it. Take a sacred pause give compassion to yourself for how you were. Have deep compassion for the person expressing that same behavior. I prayed in that moment that person be given strength to stand alone, go within. I saw the holy spirit in them as me. I took rest from my breathwork, chants and prayers. Decided to do a heart based meditation. In that pause. I was gifted an activation. I saw very clear a multi-dimensional white/silver star/snowflake like image felt warmth wash over me. Another pattern seen and released.
