We are given many signs. I strayed as many do from my spiritual path, fell into a downward spiral. I was forced to sit down, in an unexpected way. Even then to traumatized to recognize the call. I fell down the stairs. I shattered my tiba, fiba and ankle joint. It took 2 surgeries to repair. Even then the i struggled to walk. 2 years late another surgery was needed to remove the metal plates my body was rejecting. I lost my job, developed illogical fears to driving and walking close to people, horrible inflammation. In 2021 i said enough. I asked spirit what it wanted. It said KNOW THYSELF. I focused on my life review and unmetabolized trauma. in 2022 I ignored the fears around my leg and started running and doing jumping jacks. I didnt clear the root of my trauma, branches grew back, in 2024 i had another catslyst forcing all roots to be cleared. From this i created the Soul-Led Experience.
