As an F46 discus thrower, I’m excited to share my new personal record! At the end of April, I threw 34.44m, and today I reached 38.46m. Feeling proud of the progress — and ready to keep pushing further! 💪🔥 The final national championship is in 27 days — on July 1st — and my goal is to break the 40-meter mark. Can I make it? 🥏🔥

First Clip was 20 days ago and the next 2 is now. Within those 20 days my pr went from 92’ to 98’ not much but i definitely see the difference in form.

This is my throw from a few days ago at competition. 1st place 135'7" PR i was wondering if anyone had any pointers for my technique to work on.
