@Luca Petterson Thanks a lot for the feedback! Why do you think I’m falling back at the release? Could it be because I’m not reversing the legs properly? Or maybe the discus feels a bit heavy for me? I’m still trying to figure it out.

Final Month Before Nationals – Weight Room Advice? 🏋️♂️🥏
I’m now entering the last month before the national championship on July 1st, and I’m trying to plan my training right. What do you recommend during this final phase? Should I increase my time in the weight room, keep it the same, or reduce it to focus more on technique and recovery? Any tips or strategies would be greatly appreciated! 🙌

Try to be a little faster when you release the discus and when you continue the spin. I think it will be + 2meter easy

New Personal Best – F46 Discus 💥
As an F46 discus thrower, I’m excited to share my new personal record! At the end of April, I threw 34.44m, and today I reached 38.46m. Feeling proud of the progress — and ready to keep pushing further! 💪🔥 The final national championship is in 27 days — on July 1st — and my goal is to break the 40-meter mark. Can I make it? 🥏🔥
