First Clip was 20 days ago and the next 2 is now. Within those 20 days my pr went from 92’ to 98’ not much but i definitely see the difference in form.

I am a first year thrower My current PR right now is 92’1.5” and my goal is to beat my school record of 150’. I am a junior in high school so I have one more year to improve and i’m really looking forward for the help. Videos of some of my throws will be shown
