What if?
If something happened to you tomorrow and you couldn't manage your rentals, would your spouse or family know enough about your rental portfolio to take over?
Would they know who the property managers are, lenders, insurance companies, tenants, contractors, where the important documents are, and what needs attention?
I'm curious how many of us actually have all of that organized somewhere our family could understand.
