Howdy from Tejas
I’ve been interested in real estate for the past 15+ years but life events and traveling have kept me on the sidelines. Now I’m stationary for a while, I’m working on building a portfolio with enough cashflow to cover my slow travel and housing expenses. I structure my life around the ability to arbitrage everything and having a tenant cover my housing is the greatest form of arbitrage. I look forward to sharing my perspective and learning from a group of like-minded individuals.
