Wanted to share my first recording
Hey guys, I recorded myself playing my didge and a little overtone singing, curious for feedback and any pointers
Serious Health Benefits
When was the last time you practised playing the didgeridoo? Did you know that playing regularly has lots of amazing health benefits? Here are some of them: 1. Improved breathing capacity. Playing the didgeridoo trains deep diaphragmatic breathing and breath control, which can improve lung function and overall breathing awareness over time. 2. Stress reduction & nervous system regulation. The deep drone and rhythmic breathing patterns can help calm the nervous system, lower stress levels, and bring the body into a more grounded, meditative state. 3. Better sleep & reduced snoring. Research has shown that regular didgeridoo practice may help strengthen airway muscles and reduce symptoms of snoring and mild sleep apnea. Keep practising and don't forget to join us for the next free practice + Q&A on Zoom.
Thank you!

Crafting our own Instruments
Today is crafting day. I made my first couple of frame drums last month and love the process. My wife and I are making some rattles with the left over hide. Our son is sleeping next to us. Life is good. Have you ever tried making your own instruments or would you like to learn? Let me know in the comments.
