Hey Hey Ha Ho
This is my version of the rythm: "Hey Hey Ha Ho" in the course. Curious to your opinion.
Hey Hey Ha Ho
NIIIIICE! That sounds great Marco. I am glad you could pick that up from the lessons on here.
@Marco Craamer did you try with water in your mouth and without didgeridoo? Remember, cheeks close in and short bursts with tighter lips.
Serious Health Benefits
When was the last time you practised playing the didgeridoo? Did you know that playing regularly has lots of amazing health benefits? Here are some of them: 1. Improved breathing capacity. Playing the didgeridoo trains deep diaphragmatic breathing and breath control, which can improve lung function and overall breathing awareness over time. 2. Stress reduction & nervous system regulation. The deep drone and rhythmic breathing patterns can help calm the nervous system, lower stress levels, and bring the body into a more grounded, meditative state. 3. Better sleep & reduced snoring. Research has shown that regular didgeridoo practice may help strengthen airway muscles and reduce symptoms of snoring and mild sleep apnea. Keep practising and don't forget to join us for the next free practice + Q&A on Zoom.
@Marco Craamer that would be amazing if it could.
Thank you!
We covered some ground yesterday! Well done, @Matthew Bruce and @Marco Craamer for showing up. Keep practicing!

Have you checked out Module One yet?
I know learning new things isn’t always easy, especially as we get older. Creating new pathways in the brain takes a little more time and practice. But the beautiful thing is that we also understand ourselves and our habits better. That’s a big part of why I created this group: to find people to practice with, share the journey, and keep evolving together. I also created a free 4-lesson beginner module to help people get the fundamentals of playing the didgeridoo down. The lessons are each under 10 minutes, simple to follow, and easy to digest. And in case you haven't found me on YouTube yet, you'll want to follow this link and hear me play there. Leave a comment and share your thoughts to show your appreciation. Feel free to check it out 🌿

@Marco Craamer Hi :) Yeah, it was frustrating last time, eh? I downloaded the app to my MacBook, and I did find the magic key. Jump on 'settings', then 'audio', and scroll down to find the 'original sounds for musicians' button. That'll do the trick :)
