When was the last time you practised playing the didgeridoo? Did you know that playing regularly has lots of amazing health benefits? Here are some of them: 1. Improved breathing capacity. Playing the didgeridoo trains deep diaphragmatic breathing and breath control, which can improve lung function and overall breathing awareness over time. 2. Stress reduction & nervous system regulation. The deep drone and rhythmic breathing patterns can help calm the nervous system, lower stress levels, and bring the body into a more grounded, meditative state. 3. Better sleep & reduced snoring. Research has shown that regular didgeridoo practice may help strengthen airway muscles and reduce symptoms of snoring and mild sleep apnea.
