SOLD!!!
Toured a house in the dark...thats a first.
The new builds power was out so we just turned on our phones and made our way through.
Looked good enough in they dark and they bought it - so that's awesome.
In other news I had a lead from cold calling that was about :45 minutes away from me with no traffic. Showed up and IT WAS FAKE.
We try out best qualify our leads but hey sometimes you lose.
Oh and the drive home was 1.5 hours because of traffic lol.
