Marketing a new flip

Hello ! I just completed my first flip and looking for more places that I can advertise to get this thing sold, any ideas ?! I’ve already placed ads on Instagram and Facebook, sent out mailers, and done my own sharing in facebooking groups.

I am a realtor and listed on MLS like usual but I know this home is going to need a special set of people. Would love your ideas to get this home sold !
