Hello ! I just completed my first flip and looking for more places that I can advertise to get this thing sold, any ideas ?! The house that I'm trying to purchase from a wholesaler is Zone AE. (I was previously avoiding everything that was in a flood zone.) I spoke to someone that works on flood zoning and they're going to see if they can get it out of the flood zone for me, which apparently costs only a couple hundred dollars. I also called an inspector to see if there are repairs to reduce flood insurance costs. Any other advice for AE flood zones? It's a lower priced home and hoping this wouldn't affect my buyer pool too much. Thoughts?
