Market Update
Rates are still at 7%, and Powell's out here looking bulletproof, refusing to budge or get fired (Cause he cant). Stocks are hitting all-time highs while the real estate market is taking its sweet time to make any moves. It's like watching paint dry, but with more spreadsheets. So, if you're waiting for a rate drop... well, good luck with that! Stay tuned, or don’t, it’s all a bit slow right now.
