I listed a house today for $2.
Yup. Two bucks.
MLS wouldn’t let me list it at $1 (I tried), so we went with $2. So far…
- 40,000+ views
- 25+ people remade a video clowning me on social media
- 7 showings booked
- 1 solid lead we're talking to tonight
Now compare that to the last 6 months:
- 0 offers
- 0 leads
- 3,000 views total
How’d I do?
Sometimes you gotta get a little weird to get attention. But once you’ve got it, the goal is to convert it.
Curious to see where this goes. If it ends in a sale, I’ll break it all down. If not, I’ll own that too. Either way, attention is the name of the game right now.
