Curious About Auctions — Experience Buying Tenant-Occupied Properties?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been looking into real estate auctions and wanted to ask:
Has anyone here gone through the auction process and bought a property with tenants still in place?
I’m especially curious about:
- Pros and cons of inheriting tenants
- How eviction works if the tenant isn’t in compliance
- Whether it’s smart to hire a real estate attorney early
- Any other tips or lessons from the auction process
