Hey everyone I’m Alex and I’m from Idaho! I started flipping houses while I was a 20 year old college student with no money or credit. I’ve done different types of deals and still don’t use my own money or credit. I’ve bought and sold a coffee shop here in Idaho and started a semi trucking business as well without using my money or credit.
