My intro
Hi, my name is Patrick. I recently joined the group to make new friends, learn how to learn how to date women, and to not fear being rejected, judged, or labeled because of my disabilities.
Lonely af..
Im 34, and feeling lonelier than ever. Im lost. Have zero confidence, and seem to only have regret to think about. My therapist gave up on me. Had a life altering accident 3 years ago. Lost my mom to cancer during my recovery so she never even got to see me walk again. And life seems dull. Social circle is dead, and I only work a full time job that classifies me as a glorified janitor and hang out with my dog most of the time. My family is upset at me for getting into motorcycles as my escape/therapy, because I had a near death accident on one 3 years ago. Im not sure what to expect here after so many rejections and feeling like I have nothing to offer.. Ghosting seems to be a norm for me, every-time some type of attraction builds, it gets abandoned right when things start looking up and not from my part. It sucks to want to show someone how much care and love you can offer and they’re not willing to accept it. Dating apps seem more toxic than fruitful. I also fumbled a chance with a coworker that also left me ghosted. I guess im here to try something new even though i feel like completely giving up everyday…
my introduction
My name is Andrew, i'm from Southern California, Orange CA, Santa Ana, i have lived there my whole life, just seeing if i can get any improvement out of this group, optimize my dating app profiles, get more matches, and i figure there is always room for improvement when it comes to in-person meet-ups, approaches, interactions. I'm not a fan of cold approach pick up, i prefer warm or meeting through mutual friends, social circle. I've only been involved with 2 women in my life.
Allow me to introduce myself!
Name: Richard Location: Winter Park, FL What brought you here / What made you join this group?: Honestly, I have had a terrible time of dating. Some of it has been my choices, my decisions, things I've done, things I haven't done. Some of it the people I choose, and honestly not being able to sift through the pile effectively enough to get what I need in life. What’s one thing you’d like to improve or get clarity on in your dating life? Communication for one, and where to find people that I might vibe with is another Fun fact about you (optional): I really love pinball, which is so old school but honestly, I grew up with a friend who had one and I've been hooked for a very long time
Introduction
Hello, my name is Jairo, I’m from Riverside, CA. I joined this group because Shelley invited me to, and I thought it could be a chance to help others. I struggled with low self esteem for years. The last few years I have worked at bettering my self. I have made great progress, and am finally in a place to receive good things in to my life. I’ve learned to be more optimistic, positive, and grateful for what I have. I would like someone to share my life with, but for now I am focusing on making my life better by focusing on myself. I have learned that you have to truly love yourself before you are capable of loving another person. I believe the right person is out there for me, but I am not taking actual steps to find that person, and am rather focusing on making myself a better person. The kind of person my future partner (whoever she may be) deserves. I am not opposed to taking steps to find her, but just know that I need to get myself right and help family first right now. My priorities are focusing on what I can control, and making my life better. Which includes helping family and friends. I guess I am here for advice or support. Regardless, if I am able to help someone, then that would be enough for me.
