Posterior Chain
A really good alternative for a RDL if you are lazy to set up or the barbells are unavailable
I like the extra grip benefit too.
The posterior chain is the engine of performance and I highly recommend this to combat and contact athletes. And to the general population too, just adjust the intensity and volume accordingly.
I went 2 sets of 4-8
