Morning Affirmation for Leadership 12/17/25

Today is the most important day of my life.

I embrace the challenges of leadership, knowing that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”(Philippians 4:13).

I recognize that resistance is a natural part of growth. Just as an airplane needs thrust to overcome drag, I will apply my efforts and skills to inspire confidence in my team.

With faith, I will create lift and rise above obstacles. I expect resistance, and I will lead boldly through it, knowing that my response shapes our outcomes.

Today, I choose to lead with purpose and strength.
