Today, I choose to make a positive impact.
I feel some anxiety when thinking about this affirmation, because I fear that I may not be able to clearly set my boundaries and that I could act to my own disadvantage while trying to help others.
At the very least, I will try not to dump my anger and frustration onto others. I will also look for inspiration and lessons from people around me to learn how to make a positive impact in a healthy way.
I remind myself that making a positive impact does not mean sacrificing myself. Small, thoughtful actions are enough. I allow myself to grow into this affirmation step by step, at my own pace.
