Labor Day training
Fresh off a weekend wedding trip in New Orleans, a parent reached out to me. She said she loved what I stood for as a coach looking at our website. Today, I ran a free training assessment.
There are areas where improvement is needed. The athlete stated after training that it was great, but he knows he’s out of shape. His mom love my warm up and performance methods before skills training.
It’s looking promising that I’ll lock them in as clients. My first client in Texas!
