WIN OF THE WEEK 🙌🏼
Happy Friday y’all! I just wanted to come on here and give my personal win of the week and wanted to hear some of your wins as well. @Nate Dougherty and I just got back to Philly from a weekly trip. We travelled to two states in 4 days, Illinois and Kentucky. We worked with two division one women’s players in Illinois, and then an entire AAU program in Kentucky for two days. It’s amazing where this orange ball can take you if you stay consistent, true to yourself, and are in it for the right reasons. I truly feel blessed to do this every single day and I’m grateful for every player, and now coaches, trainers, and parents who trust us with their development. Drop your WIN of the week below, would love to hear it! 👇🏼

WHAT WOULD YOU DO ⁉️
Play on a top eybl aau team but get limited minutes OR … play on a lower level circuit but start and play the whole game. It’s Junior year going into senior year of HS

Developing Pace for Stiff Players
What’s the best tactic, drill or teaching points you have to help athletes develop pace in their dribble when they don’t naturally have it?

Something that has worked for my older players is constraints like giving them a limited number of dribbles and can only shoot layups. Or specific example have done 1on1s but only certain type of dribbles like between the legs only. This has made them run with the ball more and not just dribble the air out of the ball.
Finishing Advice
Other then just saying "have the ability to finish with both hands" what is another tip or piece of advice you would give a player who is struggling to make lay ups at the rim?

A big part in my experience with specifically finishing with contact is 2 feet finishing and to absorb the contact first and then finish. I see lots of players that try to shoot the layup at the same time as contact.

@Serge Chao Just did a finishing workout on Tuesday. But something we really focused on was doing the work early with angles and bumps that get you to your finishing spot
