Business Constraints
Been thinking a lot about this concept lately... similar to constraints in basketball.
What are the constraints in my business? How can I attack and solve that constraint? For me, I am currently trying to solve a time and scaling constraint.
With 2 Academy locations, it is a lot on my plate to manage and make sure everything goes smoothly. I know my time is best spent studying film and working with our high-level players - so I can't be worried daily about how things are running on the home front.
So how can I solve this issue?
Hiring. We are currently aggressively hiring 3 new trainers to join the DCB Team. This will allow me to have 2 trainers in each location, as well as as the Director overseeing things.
My goal is to get here within 6 months, to truly free up my time and allow me to move on to the next stage of my business.
