Hey, I’m setting up a client on WhatsApp Native and have done this several times before. However, this time I’m running into an issue (see the image): I’m unable to select the trigger link for the custom value. That’s unusual, because in the past I’ve always been able to choose trigger link SMS as the custom variable. For the sample content, I normally just insert the Google review link. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or something on my end, but it hasn’t happened before. @Melvin Zuidweg

@Melvin Zuidweg I connected crm connector to a new sub-account, and it pulled in all the records from, house call pro. I then discovered that I needed to make a change, so I deleted all all imported contacts, and I need to reimport them again. If I do a manual sync, will it import all the contacts again or does something need to be reset on the house call pro side first?

I have a potential client I'm looking to do automated reviews for. They use Microsoft Business Central as their ERP system. I didn't see that listed on the integrations page for CRM Connector. Will I need to use Zapier? Thanks!
