1. I have a customer who has residential and commercial customers. I only want to import the residential customers. If he tags his residential customer with 'residential' in House Call Pro, then I use that same tag in the 'Qualified Customer Tags' in the 'Integration Filter' screen (see attachment), then it will only import those customers with the 'residential' tag. Is that right? 1. My customer has 1000 past customers, and he gets 30 new customers per month. It's going to take a few months to process his past customers, but during that time he will also be getting new customers. Is there a way to give higher priority to his new customers (over old customers), during the review reactivation period? Basically, I don't want to have to wait to send his new customers the review activation request before all old customers are processed. I want any NEW customer to have higher priority so they are processed when they come in instead of having to wait for all the old ones.

Hey Twan, I don’t have feedback on this page, but it would be nice on the table that shows how many contacts per each sync, that you don’t show syncs where contacts are 0. I would rather see those hidden and you only show rows where at least 1 contact was synched. Also it would be nice if that table showed the full history instead of just the previous 10.
Can CRM Connector connect to a standalone GHL account?
Hello, I understand I can connect to a client's sub account with my CRM Connector instance on my GL agency account. However, my client just has a standalone account(with no sub accounts). Am I able to connect to their standalone account, or does it have to specifically be a sub-account?
Question about re-importing contacts after deleting them
@Melvin Zuidweg I connected crm connector to a new sub-account, and it pulled in all the records from, house call pro. I then discovered that I needed to make a change, so I deleted all all imported contacts, and I need to reimport them again. If I do a manual sync, will it import all the contacts again or does something need to be reset on the house call pro side first?

@Twan Roelofsen I'm getting this error, but I didn't have the customers selected. Once I did that it worked. Can you add a more intuitive error message there? That would be helpful. Thank you.
Incorrect Timezone
@Melvin Zuidweg Is there a way to adjust the timezone so it shows my own timezone in the dashboard?
