Hi everyone, just locked in a Transactional Funding deal for a portfolio of properties. 32 SFH properties minus the four she already has under agreement. I also spoke with the seller to get an understanding of why he's selling all of these properties and why he wants to get rid of them all. I also spoke to the buyer's realtor (and the buyer herself) and she and I hit it off immediately 💯 Just wanted to share a Win, and to give you all motivation that I feel like I'm getting traction.
