This weekend was a masterclass in why we do what we do. I spent my Saturday (between family time) on the phone with a lead I first spoke to in October, then in December. Because I’d already shared the processes and details of the Stack Method deals, Saturday's conversation was on a completely different level. Other Wins from the week: 1. 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥: Two leads I spoke with months ago are back in the funnel and almost ready to move. 3. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: They aren’t just asking for info anymore; they’re asking me to bring my team to the table to talk to their sellers. Hey, that's what I'll do myself, then our Stack Method team takes over! 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: To protect my calendar this coming week, I am also time blocking and asking more questions before getting on a call.
