Hey all, I'm Frank and hope this community can help start my business up for land flipping is my goal. Originally from NJ but moved to the Charlotte NC area 5 years ago. My why is to create something sustainable for my family.

Trying to keep it short… I’ve homeschooled my 5 kiddos over the last 20 years, 4 graduated, 1 to go!👍 I owned a mortgage and insurance company pre kiddos. Ready to find my passion and help people before I become an empty nester next year. 🙏 I’m familiar with most of this, so I’m coming back to it. I’m in the process of getting my Health & Life Insurance and figure I’ll probably add P&C again. I love that I can help multiple people but also help one family multiple times! I can’t afford to jump into the VIP bc of a ton of transitions (my oldest son got married last month, my oldest daughter graduated college Suma Cum Laude with an honors in Criminology, my middle daughter is at college playing lacrosse and living her best life, my youngest daughter graduated high school and is trying to find her foundation in what she wants to do but definitely does not want to get into debt going to college😉 and my youngest son can’t wait to move out next year when he turns 18 and just wants to play basketball, surf and enjoy life!! In the midst of all this, I’m looking at most of my properties being foreclosed on and a divorce! I’m ready to start taking care of myself again so that I can be there for my family if/when they do need me. I need a lot of prayer and faith and confidence as I’ve lost that over the years, but look out bc here I come!! Ready for challenges, growing, learning, earning and helping as many people along the way as I can along the way!! Sorry, wasn’t so short but needed the accountability😜
