$20,000,000 in revenue across 3 companies. The lesson was always capital.
I have run a SaaS company, a physical products brand, and a media business. Together they did $20,000,000 in revenue. Nothing alike, except one thing: every one of them needed capital to grow, scale, and reach its potential. That is why I pay attention to credit. For most owners it is the fastest capital they will ever touch. Whether John's team funds your round or you are building your stack on your own, the approval is only the start. Here is what our own math says: a well-managed card is worth about $250 per card, every year, in rewards caught, interest avoided, and bonuses hit. Three cards, $750. Ten cards, $2,500. Most people leave it on the table because nobody is watching the dates. I run 28 cards myself, and this is where the money leaks: 💳 The wrong card on a purchase quietly costs you rewards on every swipe ⏰ A 0% window that ends unnoticed turns free money into 20%-plus money 🎯 A bonus deadline missed by a week is real dollars gone StackEasy.ai watches the dates for you. Every card on one screen, alerts for 0% end dates, due dates, and bonus deadlines, which of your cards to use for each purchase, and if you connect your cards, the exact dollars you missed when you used the wrong one. Anyone with 3 or more cards gets value out of it, funded or not. It is $25 a month. Members of this community get the first 3 months free. No card to start, no catch after. To claim it complete these steps now: ✅ Step 1: Sign up here: https://app.stackeasy.ai/user/auth/signup?ref=mbs ✅ Step 2: Comment below with how many cards you are running right now I will switch your account to 3 months free and reply with the first two things to set up for a stack your size.

@Troy Johnston StackEasy.ai Thank you for checking in Troy. I just did once I saw your notification, and I was checking to see if you had an affiliate program to help you promote. I saw that you had three slots left and what I'm doing currently is I'm also working with a veteran-owned company as their referral partner. His business model is making custom websites and video games for clients and when I say his Dev team is 'on point', they're on point. They pretty much implemented everything I'm suggesting to make sure the program is running flawless. This also works out for me because I wasn't expecting to jump back into affiliate marketing like this. I'm gradually building a small network of companies I want to work with and if I can receive a little payout from helping on the marketing side faster, I'm more than glad to do so. I checked and the site doesn't appear to be working to login.
Partnership
Hi everyone, I’m new here and exploring a potential multifamily investment in Toledo, Ohio. It’s an 8-unit, priced in the five to six hundred thousand range. I’m looking to connect with an experienced investor who might be interested in partnering. If you’d like to chat, message me. Thanks.

Do you need funding support as for EMD, or double closing support? I can send you a referral because I'm watching a portfolio deal out there in Ohio currently which is the second deal I'm working on. Glad to take on more and help take off some of the load. I will follow this post too 🫡
Private investors
If you or someone you know would be interested in funding various opportunities, I'm always looking to connect and build relationships. 1. 13 unit new development project - Redmond, OR ($475k) 2. Mobile home park improvements - Anderson, CA ($150k) 3. Private capital partner: 7 laundromat portfolio - Bend, OR ($450k)

This looks interesting. I have the funding support and a couple buyers who might be interested in taking a look. My role is to refer you and I get a small amount once your deals get all the way to closing 💯 I'm following this post.
Locked in 1st Transactional Funding Deal
Hi everyone, just locked in a Transactional Funding deal for a portfolio of properties. 32 SFH properties minus the four she already has under agreement. I also spoke with the seller to get an understanding of why he's selling all of these properties and why he wants to get rid of them all. I also spoke to the buyer's realtor (and the buyer herself) and she and I hit it off immediately 💯 Just wanted to share a Win, and to give you all motivation that I feel like I'm getting traction. This will be my working project, along with the investor I'm helping to get a 30-unit townhouse complex and my realtor friend in Michigan. I'm actively still accepting offers. Comments or DMs are welcome. Going to post this in every group. Let's get the money together 💯💪🏾💴💵💴💵💷💷🧮🫰🏾💰💰💰💰💰
