Hey Tribe, One of the things I’ve always appreciated about Alexa’s Creator Boost Tribe is the sense of togetherness—that “we’re all in this together” mindset. That’s exactly why I’m reaching out. As I mentioned in the last live, a true competitor to my channel popped up about two weeks ago: https://www.youtube.com/@Stillinthefightveteran Honestly, I’m pretty blown away. In just 14 days, they’ve grown to over 10,000 subscribers and appear to have already reached monetization. For context, here’s my channel: https://www.youtube.com/@agingstrong While our channels aren’t identical, they’re close enough that I feel like there’s something important I can learn—especially when it comes to engagement and growth. I’ve been growing steadily, but this really showed me there’s another level I haven’t tapped into yet. A competitor appeared almost out of nowhere and, in just over a week, grew to more than 5,000 subscribers. His numbers were climbing steadily every day. What stood out even more was how closely his channel mirrored mine—same target audience, similar content style, and similar delivery. That’s when it clicked: something in this space clearly works. There’s a pattern, a formula, or a set of principles driving that kind of rapid growth. There may be many possible explanations, but my focus now is on finding the right one—the one that truly makes the difference. And whatever that explanation is, it has to align with my principles, values, purpose, and focus. For those of you who’ve experienced or studied this kind of growth—what do you think is the key factor that makes it work?
