YouTube Thumbnail Help
Can someone help me make a thumbnail for my upcoming video? I am new to all of this and making thumbnails is one of those tasks where my mind just shuts off. If someone is willing to help, message me on my private window and I will send you the material for the thumbnail. Thankyou.

Great question! I have my story or landmark first actually, but I the thumbnail, when I have my best results, defines each story I passionately want to tell. I will not do a video without the thumbnail thought out with only 3 out of 19 exceptions so far, and these all struggled for views. In fact, my last planned thumbnail was first “Washington Crossing the Delaware” painting itself, but it wasn’t getting clicked so I changed it to my intro, I was in front of a movement “planned” as an alternative thumbnail in 1st battle of Trenton video anyway, but it wasn’t getting clicked not clear for my viewers. It happens. Thumbnails need to be simple and clear. That’s it So,

@Titan Jackson I have to want to film the story about usually a specific landmark first, passionately. Usually the thumbnail to me is obvious, standing, pointing to it (Statue, Museum, bridge, River, famous building) Then during research, I decide on the exact location to stand that makes sense. The few times I didn’t preplan the thumbnail, like my last video, resulting data is not good usually no matter how interesting the title/hook and history “scriping”
Win to Share - Tyrone's Story
Tyrone recently pivoted away from a niche that wasn’t fully aligned with who he is. When he came to me, his channel focused on finances and budgeting. He had successfully pulled himself out of debt and wanted to help others do the same. And while that story mattered, it wasn’t the full picture of who Tyrone is or what he’s here to do. There was a deeper calling he’d been ignoring—and that disconnect was draining his motivation and momentum. Through some honest (and not always easy) conversations, it became clear that what truly lit him up was something entirely different. Pivoting isn’t easy. Admitting “this isn’t it anymore” takes courage. Choosing what you actually want—and fully committing to it—takes even more. I’m incredibly proud of you, Tyrone. Your commitment, clarity, and work ethic are paying off, and the way you’re showing up now is powerful. This level of drive makes you unstoppable. I’m sharing his story because many of you feel this too. You know you’re meant for more. You feel the pull toward something different—but changing direction feels scary. Here’s what I believe deeply: when you know, you know. And when you listen to that knowing and act on it, it can lead you straight into your best life. Keep going. You’ve got this.2026 is going to be miraculous.

OPERATION: Community Clean UP!
Hey everyone! I am so glad you are a part of this community and I want to make it even better. The goal is to create a space that you can feel safe, supported and able to learn in without crazy spammers, dropshippers or millionaires giving money away (what is that anyway??!?!) 😅 To be honest, I have been super frustrated with all the spammers in here. I was even on the fence about shutting it down altogether and starting over. But that is just RIDICULOUS - thank you @Harut Martirosyan for talking me off the proverbial ledge. 💖 INSTEAD this month/year I am going hard core OPERATION CLEAN UP!!🧹🧽🫧 We are going to remove spammers, non-youtubers. I am going to go back to application only - no more free for all. Going to protect this community like it's my baby! I don't want to throw away all the hard work, great connections and strong bonds we have made in here. I love and appreciate each and every one of you and truly enjoy interacting with you in the live calls and learning from each other. So I'm going to need your help if you are willing. Please whenever someone sends you a spam message from this community, let me know...and here's how to do that: 1) If it's a comment - place your cursor to the right of the comment you will see three dots, click on that and select "report to admins". Top right corner on mobile as well. 2) If it's in direct messages - same process three dots, please notify me of them before you block them. You can also block them so they do not bug you anymore. 3) You can also message me directly if you are unsure about them. The sooner I know the sooner we can make this community even more amazing. Thank you, Alexa, seriously. It’s the “Wild West” of spam control out here! And there are such great creators here who deserve your platform free of these annoying pests.
Does anyone understand this...?
If you look at the screenshot, it says 3 new subscribers. BUT, under that it only says 1! How can that happen? 🤔 PS. If nobody can answer, I'll understand

I agree with the time lapse. Also, I tend to have a new subscriber unsubscribe the same day sometimes
