Meditation Monday
Meditation is the practice of detaching from your thoughts and intentionally keeping your attention in one place.
The purpose is to help you realize that you are not the mind (intellect, ego, thoughts), and to reprogram it so its no longer scattered.
To a Raja yogi meditation is the only way to freedom outside of pure surrender.
