It’s Monday.
Christmas is days away, and most people are already mentally checked out.
Football plans, gift wrapping, I’ll get back to it after the holidays..
But here’s what’s really happening right now.
While the world slows down, motivated sellers are feeling the pressure.
Broken windows they can’t fix before family visits..
Leaky roofs getting worse with winter weather.
Properties they’re tired of carrying into another year.
Deadlines, taxes, and stress all piling up at once.
They don’t want to drag these problems into 2026.
They want relief.
They want cash.
They want a clean reset.
Here’s the part most people miss (and this is key):
The holidays create a perfect storm for opportunity.
• Less competition because other wholesalers take the week off
• Sellers are home and actually answering calls
• Emotions are higher at year-end, decisions come faster
• Follow ups hit harder when motivation peaks
This Monday might actually be one of the best days of the year to work.
So ask yourself honestly:
Which feels better on Christmas Day
cookies and eggnog with hope,
or cookies and eggnog knowing you locked up a $30k to $50k deal?
I’m not saying skip Christmas.
Push through Monday.
Stay consistent this week.
Take Christmas Day off and be present.
Because next Christmas won’t feel like this one.
Different mindset.
Different confidence.
Different life.
Pressure creates opportunity.
Monday decides who shows up for it.
