As the year starts to wind down, I want to genuinely congratulate everyone who closed deals this year. Big or small, a win is a win. You showed up, you stayed in the game, and that matters. At the same time, I’m still working. Still having conversations. Still closing deals quietly. No noise, just execution. Here’s something a lot of people don’t realize. This final part of the year is one of the most motivated times for sellers. Many homeowners are trying to sell now so they can start the new year clean. Some want to move. Some want to buy another house at the beginning of the year. Some are tired of carrying a property into another year. Pressure is real right now. If you’re here looking to close your first deal, this is not a bad time. This is the right time. Do not look down on yourself. Do not think time has run out. Even if there was only one hour left before 2026, a deal could still happen. One call. One conversation. One yes. And that one deal can change your life. Nothing is impossible if you stay in motion. If you’re feeling stuck, don’t isolate yourself. Reach out. Ask questions. Talk to people who’ve already been through what you’re going through now. Someone else has felt the same confusion. Someone else has made the same mistakes. Learn from their experience instead of carrying the weight alone. Stay in the game. Finish strong.

It’s Monday… and Pressure Is Quietly Building Behind Closed Doors...
It’s Monday. Christmas is days away, and most people are already mentally checked out. Football plans, gift wrapping, I’ll get back to it after the holidays.. But here’s what’s really happening right now. While the world slows down, motivated sellers are feeling the pressure. Broken windows they can’t fix before family visits.. Leaky roofs getting worse with winter weather. Properties they’re tired of carrying into another year. Deadlines, taxes, and stress all piling up at once. They don’t want to drag these problems into 2026. They want relief. They want cash. They want a clean reset. Here’s the part most people miss (and this is key): The holidays create a perfect storm for opportunity. • Less competition because other wholesalers take the week off • Sellers are home and actually answering calls • Emotions are higher at year-end, decisions come faster • Follow ups hit harder when motivation peaks This Monday might actually be one of the best days of the year to work. So ask yourself honestly: Which feels better on Christmas Day cookies and eggnog with hope, or cookies and eggnog knowing you locked up a $30k to $50k deal? I’m not saying skip Christmas. Push through Monday. Stay consistent this week. Take Christmas Day off and be present. Because next Christmas won’t feel like this one. Different mindset. Different confidence. Different life. Pressure creates opportunity. Monday decides who shows up for it.
