I feel this has been my best bake to date!

Has anyone have any ideas for how to make a marshmallow fluff type chocolate ganache? I'm thinking of making homemade fluff and incorporating it into the ganache. Any thoughts?

Decided to fill these with a Cadbury Crème Egg filling that I made from scratch.

Has anyone made a dubai style macaron and if so how did u make the pistachio creme or katifeh? Really wanna make one, but stuck wondering if I should buy the pistachio creme or make it from scratch. Just seems super tedious and time consuming to make.
