I am testing different fillings right now. I am not a big fan about ganach fillings, especially made with White chocolate. For me i just taste the chocolate instead of e.g. rasperry or mango. Pls Proof me better :D now i am testing french Buttercreme as a filling and it really tastes great already with a little flavour 😍 plus: you get rid of the yolk 🤭

A couple basic questions but I’m a newbie at macarons. If I want to make a fruit ganache do I melt white chocolate with cream then add a fruit syrup or ? Also if I want to make a tobleronne candy ganache would that be the same?

Best brand for pistachio filling

Im not sure if i need to use ganache or some kind of buttercream. Can i get a recommendation?
