Physical Performance Massively Improved
Hello Everyone, Sharing a personal testimonial about my journey as it continues to improve with extended practice. Tomorrow will be 10 weeks straight of breathwork on coherence. My Resting heart rate has dropped (with a new lifetime personal best of 53 this week) My HRV has increased (and the best it’s ever been since I started tracking) All of this while greatly picking up the intensity of my strongman training , which normally tanks these metrics . In my sport it’s critical to be able to flip the switch from hype to calm over and over, this is something I’ve always been good at, but clearly much better now, just from consistent practice on coherence. Awesome to be on the journey with everyone!
