Sleeping, but not sleeping- advice?
Usually I solve everything myself ( learning to be ok to receivehelp) -but maybe you have an idea how to solve this sleeping thing?
Today is my second day almost without sleep.
Yesterday I maybe slept 2 hours, and today also around 2 hours—and I’m usually a very good sleeper. I did my breathwork and meditation that normally help, but this time they didn’t.
My brain is in high-speed “solving mode,” and it usually doesn’t stop until things feel resolved. That’s fine, but I would really like to sleep.
I feel tired… lol.
Even when I do fall asleep, it’s like I’m still aware of everything around me, almost as if I’m not fully asleep.
This has happened before when I was working across different time zones—it felt like my brain couldn’t switch off because people (clients/friends) might message me, even if I didn’t actually hear anything. Almost like I stayed “connected.”
Lately I also feel like when my work or content is active on the internet, I’m somehow energetically connected to people, and that doesn’t help me rest—even when I try different kinds of protection (sacred geometry, etc.).
Maybe I need a 5G-blocking tent 😅 or some kind of pyramid over the bed… I don’t know.
I do have a place here with no mobile signal, so I’ll go rest there.
Today I’ll try to go through the day normally. My last meeting ends around 9 pm, so hopefully I’ll finally fall asleep tonight.
If I don’t sleep a third night, I’ll need to get some help.
I even take Brian Johnson Blueprint....
Anyway—any advice would really help.(And just to say, I don’t drink caffeine.)
