3 ROUNDS WIM HOF BREATHING

Hi, I'm Jaimin based in India I've been following nick for a long time on YouTube and Instagram. I literally got into breathwork because of nick himself. I still remember the very first time i did his breathwork. I was looking for meditations to heal the body and I came across this 25 mins healing breathwork by Nick and after I tried it I felt so good. Then i started following him and did more of his breathwork and it felt so good. Bought me closer to my body calmed my inner self :) What a guy he is. W's to him Yeah so abt the craziest place I have taken breathwork to, it would probably be the beach. Ik its not that crazy but yea. Currently I am focused on building a career and just keen abt these things(qi gong, fascia, spirituality etc), making myself better in every aspect just enjoying life all in all.

I'm Zaid, based in Pakistan. I don't really have a crazy memory of breathing in an unworldly place but... I heard correct breathing helps posture, increases focus, helps hormones and that good stuff. I def need that because I wanna excel at my exams and online work.
