The guided breathing from Lukas yesterday was again amazing. I like how the structure is going, more like a small presentation and then a breathwork session and some questions and reflections at the end. This time my intention was love and staying present with what other people say. I feel that it did something to the group and was a pleasure to attent. The strength really lies in coming together. I'm grateful for the people that showed up🙏
