The breathwork I have done with Lukasz was about Yogic Breathing. He has a natural power of explaining things without making it to much. He brought me in a state were I could feel my body and make me aware. I felt that I am really tired, and felt some grief, sadness and anger. He brought me in a state were I could accept those things and feel really empowerd and experience joy. Thankyou for the practice, keep doing them. The breakoutroom for me was super good to meet other people and hear their story. Amazing to see that I am not alone in this journey and can breath and connect with more people. Grateful! 😄😁
