Intro
Hi! My name is Christina Mantica. I currently am seeking to level up my gut health and lymphatic. This is how I found this community. Thank you for allowing me into this space 🙏 I currently am an elementary teacher by day and I also am an avid drinker of electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water. I’m excited to learn more about health, breath and the lymph AND excited to connect with others.
