So simple, so good, so powerfull!
This approach is shifting all energy in body!
Btw-I have enourmous energy after breathwork, but I also skipped my regular walks becouse of storm, and I belive that regular sport is needed when you have a higher energy levels or grounding to calm chaos in mind.
